Pizza Hut

My daughter and I prefer Pizza Hut over other pizza. This location is closest to us and has great food. However they really really need to get some additional waite staff.

No stars hands down worst experience of my life. Not only did they mess up my entire order once but twice . After the first mess up the manager assured me personally he would make sure it was correct..second order comes out and SHOCKER it's completely wrong again. At this point I'm so upset I just want my money back. So I contact the store to be told by another manager that the previous manager is no longer there but he is willing to remake my order . ABSOLUTELY NOT. I would like a full refund to which he informed me I need to come in to the store he can't do it over the phone. Considering I've waited over 2 hrs for food that was incorrect why not!!! I drive almost all the way there for the manager to call me and tell me he can't refund my order until his driver cashes out at the end of the night. Absolute madness how any manager could A. Not make the order personally or over see it to make sure it is correct also the second manager not knowing the proper procedure for refunding a ord

The waitress, Laurel, was fabulous. The salad bar was wonderful. The pepperoni personal pan pizza hit the spot. The chicken Alfredo was muy bien!
