Moe's Southwest Grill

Went on Saturday during the Gold rush festival, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed due to short staffing. The entire staff was sitting out on the porch smoking and talking and watched us walk in and out. I understand short staff issues, but not staff taking an hour smoke break.

Not too thrilled with it lately, we were told we cannot use the little booster discount card. Very very very limited drinks. Would have been better off just saying keep the food and going somewhere else to eat. Two rude men and a woman that would not listen to what was actually being said were not even that busy only ones in line.

This location was out of shredded cheese. I said no problem let’s make the kids Quesadilla with the Queso the staff member looked at me and said “I can’t do that”. I asked why? Member got an attitude and said “if you want it that way I’m going to charge you for the queso.” I did not argue my daughter and I just left. As someone who supervises a hospital department and on the side own a business I would never allow an employee like this to work in my department or business. If your out of a product then there should be a substitute and no attitude.
