Was denied a second cup of warm water. I completely respect their choice of denying service because I wasn't a paying customer but not the manner of denial. I was told "No, I'm busy right now". Another employee even offered to give, she actually stopped him with a sharp "No". A 45 seconds transaction. "NO!" Now, I pass through this airport at least twice a month and have spent on this restaurant, just not today. But if an establishment can treat me selectively when I'm paying or just requesting warm water for a sore throat, it tells me where I want to spend my $$ in future. Not here. For sure, NO! And a solid Maybe at OHare.

For airport food, found this to be of nice quality, freshly made and tasty. Ordered a magherita pizza and chicken Caesar salad to share. Both made to order and nicely sized. Glad to have the option and would recommend. Staff were helpful when asked their opinion of choices.

I ordered a ham and swiss sandwich with chips from the menu posted above the register. The cashier told me to choose from one of the pre made sandwichs in the cooler area. I paid for the sandwich and asked which bag of chips I could take. Cashier told me that was for the grill only. Frustratedly, I proceeded to leave and just eat the sandwich. While eating the sandwich, a fly dropped down from the sandwich and onto the table. The fly was clearly on/in the sandwich and was in the process of dying. Frustrated and disgusted! I uploaded two photos of the fly and my meal. Here's hoping that the photos do not get removed.
