Charleys is a staple for me. Working in the airport if you forget to bring a lunch your options are limited with the pandemic. These guys operate as much as they can, they're always patient with customers, and do their best to help keep passengers upbeat and relaxed.
Fresh food local ingredients excellent customer service
I arrived to the restaurant to only find out that fries weren’t available. Well as I asked more questions… it’s not that the fries were sold out or they were out of stock the fryer was turned off 15 minutes prior due to the restaurant closing at 6:30. Well I thought they closed at 6:30 but it’s really at 7 they close. I have never been told at other locations that fries weren’t available. This location is in need of support from corporate. Signed a concerned consumer. My sandwich was standard not dry and seasoned.
