Even though the website says they are open until 9pm all the restaurants in that terminal seem to close at 7pm on Sunday night... my flight isn't until almost 9pm. I fortunately got there right before they closed so was able to get dinner but 7pm is ridiculous to close all the food options at the airport. Even the shops I saw were closed so I don't even know if there are any snack options for later.
I ordered a bbq bacon burger and there was a long black curly hair in the burger, I asked for a refund and gave them my card. I was charged another 16$ for the burger and they do not have a phone number to call. I will never return to Columbus airport because this is the only place to eat and it disgusting
The worst experience for ordering. It's an obligation to order by table, so it was almost difficult to pay separately by person. After negociation, we were able to has separate orders, all serve separated.
