WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

Don't waste your money! I was excited to see they offered non-GMO wings so I ordered wings and tenders with extra side of coleslaw and paid extra for dipping sauces. The food was ordered online which was easy and it was ready on time. The wings were overly seasoned-very salty, the fries were cold and old, I did not get the coleslaw I paid extra for and when I arrived I checked the bag for sauces and non were in there. I got 1 sauce for 7 wings and 1 sauce for 5 tenders and I had to pay for them! I did not get any celery with the 7 wings--where have you ever gotten wings that you didn't get a side of celery and dipping sauce? Very disappointed won't be back.

Ordered chicken fingers, fries and pickles. Two orders ahead of me (judging from the people inside not eating) around 8 PM. Took 30 minutes to get food. Got no pickles. Chicken fingers were good and fries were hot...just disappointed it was soooo slow.

Preface: Totally understand they just opened and are clearly working up to adequate staffing. Summary: Similar to Wings 101 in price, quality and selection; 2x the price of similar quality burgers in Hickory Flat e.g. Culver's burger Full review: We have patiently and eagerly awaited several, mysterious months for WNB to open. Unfortunately, the wait was not worth it. IF they are able to eventually get their processes smoothed out to offer a sub-10 minute wait for short order food they might fill a niche in this community with their premium priced, peculiar, although not unique (see Wings 101) menu combination of burgers, fries, wings and fried rice. It's not uncommon for new restaurants to need time to iron out some bugs but there are best practices for grand openings and this franchise unfortunately missed the mark.
