Subway

Good service and food. Only 4 stars because one of the watches in the kids meal had dead batteries leaving a sad child.

You learn to expect a certain drop in quality as the closing time of any food business nears. An hour before close at a subway: we've all taken a loss or two. The people here were super nice less than an hour before close and the sandwiches came out GREAT, which just felt like a good surprise in pessimistic times. Nice

Ordered 2 subs and 2 waters. I asked for the water cups and was told to take 2 small cups. Then I noticed I was charged $3.98 for 2 20 oz fountain drinks. When I asked for a refund for the drink, employee first said he would have to redo whole order. So i said ok lets do that. Then he said he doesnt have the authority to do that. Then he said he charged me for the cup. So i asked was it the policy to charge for the cup? And he said yes. I know its not a lot of money, but how ridiculous to charge $3.98 for fountain water. If he would have told me up front, I would not have ordered the water.
