A couple weeks ago, I went to the Hickory Flat location to pick up dinner and they had closed at 7pm. Last night, I went at 5pm and they had closed at 3pm. Clearly I like their product, but unreliable operating hours does not work for me. At a minimum, keep the drive-thru open.
Food was great. I had two steak biscuits, biscuits were just cooked and steak to go in biscuits were fresh. Every thing else was also great. Parking: Parking fine could exit to two different roads.
They manage to keep help, why can't the other chains. McDonald's needs to find out how Bojangles is keeping fully staffed. Great food and service
