WISK

Disappointing that's what it was. I was quite excited since I had read the reviews and I thought it was going to be good. I arrived here at 10 in the morning and it was a 5 minute wait which I didn't mind. My mom got the chicken and waffles and I got the french goodness toast which was french toast stuffed with cream cheese. It was extremely underwhelming as my French toast was literally cold. It felt like it was made an hour ago and it wasn't sweet. I had to douse my French toast in maple syrup to make it edible. My mom's chicken and waffles was so sad. It was frozen chicken breast with one waffle cut into fours. Honestly I didn't understand why there were so many people as we were getting mediocre food for a steep price. I will definitely not be visiting again because it was disappointing even the first time. The fact that I ordered items in the consumer favorites shows how bad it is because shouldn't these items be fresh and the best because they are the most popular?

Updated 7/23/22: Has been a couple months since Ive been here. Life ya know. They have redesigned the interior (much better now) and updated the menu. They've added mimosas too! Food is still delicious and the service was AMAZINGLY quick! Still love this place and 5 stars hands down! 2nd time here and still nothing to complain about. Food is delicious and quick! Being seated is really quick as well. Ive never had to wait and there are usually empty tables when I go (typically Saturdays around 10ish), but by the time I leave they are filling up quickly. Definitely one of my new favorite breakfast spots!

Omg how did I not know about Wisk before now?! My daughter and I went to Wisk for brunch today and I could not be more impressed. Everything was perfection. The restaurant is tucked into a shopping center off of Preston Rd in Prosper, right across from Ernesto's. We were greeted and seated right away. Interior decor is simple but thoughtfully done, they have a nice reclaimed lumber wall in the back and sweet touches here and there. There is a drop-down for the light features in the middle that was neat. The restaurant was clean, the server was extremely friendly. She recommended that beef and hash, not something I've been normally get but she sold me on it. My daughter got French toast and a side of biscuits and gravy. We both were so pleased with what we got! The biscuits were how they should be made, and the gravy was perfection. They had a wide variety of options to choose from on the menu. Reasonably priced. Multiple options of mimosas which is always nice. I am always on the hunt
