Palio's Pizza Cafe

Let me start by saying, the only thing that saved this experience was the pizza was great, the customer service and time management was not the same experience. We walked in to the young lady sitting down to take our order, she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Our food took a while to come out, and we had to ask for the dessert after an hour of being there and it tasted like it was burnt. The cleanliness and the pizza were the only things that helped our experience but honestly probably would not come back.

Just moved to Texas and we’ve been trying new places! Excited to try Palio’s for the first time!! Best Buffalo chicken pizza in Prosper! The Fow Family will be back… but next time with a bottle of wine because it’s BYOB!!! Wonderfull experience. The new manager is accommodating and kind, and the pizza was terrific.good assortment of deserts and food.10/10, would come again.I can honestly say to disregard all negative reviews as the new management has fixed the place up nicely.
