Wow so so so slow. Lost an order of 2 drinks. Really?! This was a bad experience. 6/10 @ 5pm. When we said our order said it was on the way it took 15 mins more.
This location is terrible. Does anybody manage this Sonic? They’ve been out of mozerella sticks 3 times and the 2 times they did have them they weren’t done. You would think somebody could figure out how to order so this wouldn’t happen so many times. Never had this issue at any other location. Horrible.
i literally NEVER leave bad reviews anywhere as someone in the service industry who understands the difficulties. but the kids working at this location are so rude. was told they didn’t take apple pay and wouldn’t let me pay through the app, drove home and all the way back, re ordered through the app, and then when we finally got our drinks they were wrong and missing a blast.we’ve now been waiting an extra 20 minutes as i’m typing this for a DRINK i originally ordered over an hour ago. go to another location if you can- this one is honestly not worth the effort.
