We ordered three large fries online and they gave us a 38-45 minute wait. We come in and wait in a line for 15 minutes and when we finally get to the counter the guy is frantically looking for our order. 5 minutes pass and he tells us, “you only ordered fries so we don’t make it until you show up to the restaurant.” I’m not sure if he’s just making up excuses or if this is actually true but we waited an hour when apparently we could’ve just showed up and ordered and gotten it right then and there.
Louisiana rub and korean BBQ are 2 my favorite flavors. The employees in this store is a bit slow.
