Wingstop

It is a long wait time the lobby was packed but something I appreciate is the nice woman that came from the back of the kitchen to apologize to everyone in the lobby. I didn't catch her name and if shes not a manager she should be! She came out , made small talk with customers in the lobby and offered something as simple as a drink while they wait in the lobby. This place gets a lot of online orders and looks like it has a lot of teenagers some adults need to be more patient and imagine if this is their child working here. How would you like them to talk to you?? At this point everyone should be used to a long wait time here and not once did i see any rudeness from any of the employees! Just hard workers to get the orders correct and out.

One star is too many. Don't go here. I used to like this place. Yesterday, My wife and I ordered 24 wings, fries and 3 condiments. I went to pick up the food, and lady at the counter gave me my order, but she also gave me a certain look. Hmm, I wondered why. We got the food home and noticed the wings were a little overly done as we were eating. I should have taken it back up there. She knew! We just decided not to patronize any Wingstop again. Bye!

I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready in 45 mins it’s been more than an hour I waited more time to head over there just to give them enough time to finish my order, but instead I got there and my order wasn’t ready they weren’t even aware of my order they were all confused!!!! I had to showed them an screenshot of what I order so they could make it. Worse place ever!!! They didn’t even offer a gift card nor discount for the inconvenience. I’m so mad and hungry!!! I would really appreciate to hear back from manager/corporate or someone.
