The staff at this location usually does a great job with my order, but lately, they don't seem to care. The person staffing the window was a young man with severe acne. I asked, should I give you my app code before I pay? He looked at my phone with the code displaying then shrugged his shoulders, and then took my credit card. It is clear that he did not take the code. I should've sat there and argued but he didn't speak at all. Not even a thank you! This place always either have missing items or staff members who aren't in the mood to make the items. Put a note up or something if your shake machine is broken. Take items off your menu if they are not available. I feel they are just lazy and not wanting to make certain items.
