Wingstop

Ordered $80.97 worth of wings and a few sandwiches on 10/21/22 through the website, sent our daughter to pick them up and when she got home all the wings were missing. We called and then had to take a second trip to go pick them up again. We were told they would give us a credit of twenty wings on our next visit for the inconvenience, the lady took down our info, we tried to use the credit today 11/5/22 and they wouldn’t honor it. The manager then hung up on my wife, instead of transferring her, before she could order. She did end up calling back, but laughing about it. We’ll continue using the further one for now, this new store seems to need better management.

Decided to do boneless wings for Thanksgiving. Paid $32.13 for 20 boneless wings, large seasoned fries and 2 dipping cups of ranch. Both 10 boneless wing choices were $10.99 each. Fries were $4.79 & the dipping sauces were $1.49 each x 2. The boneless wings were smaller than a golf ball and doing the math... that's approximately $1.10 each. Had chosen 3 different flavors; original hot, Korean and Hawaiian. The Hawaiian choice ended up being something completely different and were to hot for my wife. Definitely not the Hawaiian flavor. The fries were very soggy and saturated. Not worth what I paid for and got the order wrong to boot. I tried their new chicken sandwiches on a previous visit and wasn't impressed either. One side of the chicken breast had sauce and the other half had none. Chicken sandwich had a generic bland taste and seemed like it just came from the frozen foods section of the grocery store.
