Food has lost its quality!. For the prices we pay!... wendy's or BK preferred. Waited 10 extra minutes for onion rings, after placing order was given floats first thing. By the time the food showed the floats were melted and clear that the fries were not fresh!... not to include that something in my order was missing! Again!

I don't think I've ever gone here and not been disappointed, which is funny, because I didn't think my expectations could go any lower. Last time I ordered some chicken sandwiches and they clearly had been sitting under a heating lamp for the last 20 years. IMO fire everyone and start fresh starting with the management. If you'd like tips on how to run business let me know. According to my experience with this store you are clearly desperate for any help you can get.

Only been twice and the service is HORRIBLY slow. I think we waited over 10 mins for fries and the guy said 3 min wait. But the tall guy is always nice. I normally am going for someone else, so idk about the food, haven't been inside so idk the establishment. But after reading some of the other reviews I will avoid this location going forward.
