Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Didn't want to post this here as I'm a big time Freddy's lover, but after getting zero response from contacting them directly via their website, here we are. I spent almost 30 mins in the drive though while only 5 cars were ahead of me. After getting my food I was pretty angry at the amount of time it took and didn't get a chance to check my food. Once home I was blown away about what I had been given. This was supposed to be a double bacon cheeseburger with onions and pickles. As you can see, there is no veggies, a miniscule amount of bacon, and absolutely covered in mustard (you can see it's even on the outside of the box and was all over inside the bag as well) This was also supposed to be a large fry (it was maybe 1/3 of the way full) I've never had a bad experience with Freddy's since they moved to Colorado (hundreds of visits), but this is completely unacceptable. I will unfortunately never return if this is considered an acceptable way to serve food. *Edit still no response 5 da

My 1st EVER time at Freddy’s but heard and passed a few locations before. It was great! The man taking our order was pleasant and friendly, place was clean, and delicious drinks and food! My hot dog and fries and my fountain drink were delicious, the sundae and concrete my mom and sibling got was good too. Bathrooms clean too. Overall, great place. Will recommend! Can’t wait to try their burgers and shakes next time!

Recently ordered delivery from here. The prices are ridiculous for the food quality. They missed an item and the rest of the food wasn’t really even edible. I am so disappointed because this was one of my favorite places. Don’t think I will be coming back!!
