Wingstop

I get food from this location all of the time and have never had issues. This last order though was wrong, but I didn’t check it before leaving. I took it back and was told they would correct it, but they did say I should’ve checked it before leaving. I will from now on, but I don’t believe order accuracy should be the customers responsibility. I will say though, they were extremely busy, so I understand how mistakes could happen during a rush. All in all, still one of the best Wingstop locations I’ve ordered from.

If I could this wingstop no stars I would. The service here is beyond TERRIBLE. I don’t understand how someone can order online then when going to get the food at the pickup time you’re told that they don’t know where the food, they not making food anymore because they can’t keep up with orders. Management at this location is TERRIBLE. People pay for food that they expect to get. Then when having to request a refund you have to damn near got to go through hell, hot water, and some. This location is terrible.

If you guys don’t want to work and serve the community then just close the doors…it’s always some BS when dealing with this store..they want to close early… their credit machine is down…they don’t answer the phone…I’ve lived in the suburbs and I’ve never experienced such ridiculous and horrible excuses for working and running a business but the owner of this franchise thinks it’s so acceptable in this community. This is disgusting and a horribly run business
