Pizza Hut

I ordered delivery it took over an hour to receive the food. I try calling pizza hut multiple times on one answered the phone. By the time I received the food it was cold. Not happy that I spent my hard earned money to get cold food for my kids.

Ordered pizzas from this location, 1st time. They didn't have any drivers to deliver but still took the order using Door Dash????. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the company not the store but the company needs to do their best to staff each location or just shut down that service! Door Dash STOLE MY PIZZAS! PIZZAS NEVER CAME! Driver called me and said he wasn't coming. Lol and never brought the PIZZAS back to the store! Smh. BUT...the manager Nicole was amazing and did everything and I mean everything she could to make things right. I will order again because of her,just pickup not delivery!

I placed my Order over the phone.2 medium stuff crust pizzas. Pizzas were not cut right and the pizza was so flat. Tasted under cooked. I never had pizza hut this way before. So disappointed with my order I tried calling to talk to a manager was placed on hold and then they hanged up on me twice. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Waste of money. Next time I will not order for this establishment. Just so disappointed I couldnt speak to anyone who could correct my order. Do not order from this place unless you want to waste money and eat undercooked pizza .Very disappointed with my order. Bummer
