Horrible!!! Very upset about the customer service and my order. The Door Dash delivery person was very sweet. However, the employees at Pizza Hut are unprofessional. My food was cold and not pleasant to the eyes. I paid for 8 boneless chicken bites sweet chili and a medium veggie lovers add beef topping as printed on my receipt. Unfortunately, no beef was added, but we paid for it!!! Will not be ordering from them again. Smh...

I had to read the other review first to see if how I was feeling was mutual.. I gave them 3 stars cause my order was made to perfection with the extra cheese on everything. I can't give them 5 stars for this location because I was at the store and showed them the coupon/online deal ANY LARGE PIZZA FOR $12.99 and when I showed them the online service was not allowing me to place my order, (tried to give me a medium when the coupon clearly said ANY LARGE FOR 12.99)the young lady laughed it off like "oh well",and charged me 19.99 for the pizza. When I came back to get my pizza, others were there complaining about their orders. The young man who helped was friendly but when I showed the deal online and online wasn't working he said my cost would be MORE if he honored the deal online... I will go back JUST BECAUSE I LOVE PIZZA HUT and it's across the street from my home. Please do better management.

Food is always terrible when I go here...It's ridiculous as this point from deals to regular prices ????.. this was a NY style double pepperoni with 8 wings ???? a waste of money
