Wingstop

Placed an online order at 7:59p, I got at 8:16p and there was a young black girl working the register wearing no uniform just a purple hoodie, said “it was coming up.” I politely waited until 8:41p to receive 10 wings. When I asked for bbq sauce she told me $1.49 with an attitude. Asked her to refund me since she was being petty after I waited an extra 20 mins, then she got mad and walked off. The customer service there is so terrible. Seems like they hire anyone with bad attitudes.

Gave completely wrong order. When I was able to finally get a manager on the phone was told I'd receive a refund within 2-3 business. Didn't happen NEVER this location again

I placed my order online and I wanted my wings wet but there wasn't a place for me to say that So I called them twice and know one answered. Once I arrived there were three people working ( not really working they were on their phones behind the line, which is unsanitary) and the manager was in the back just sitting there.
