Wendy’s on Galbreath and Winton Road.First they was backed up.I was ordering Pretzel bacon hamburger. I was behind another car as they was trying to get their order, well they got my order instead she open the beg there a blue sticker on the beg when she hand the beg back it was open so when I came up they want to give me the same bag and I told them I don’t want my food that was in another car. So the girl at the window had a attitude another lady came up. I guess she was the manager she said she will make another one. I could see the girl when fixing the fries she pick one frie at a time with her hand and put it in the cup. I took my bag the cars were already around the corner but I’m here to tell you watch out for Wendy’s on Winton and Galbreath Road the service there is poor and unhealthy. I don’t know what that girl had because she didn’t have any gloves on she did it with her bare hands, she was a light skin girl with two long braids in front and another was watching her had a p

Wanted a JCB and chili. The helpful young lady at the counter set me up with a combo and had me out the door quickly. It was all prepared well . Great store.

Poor service and cold food, The Wendy's on Galbraith off colerain is unprofessional and none charismatic... I asked at the speaker to get fresh out the grease for my whole order, waited in the slow drive thru line and when I got to the window everything in my bag was cold, they heard me ask for fresh out the grease and handed me cold food, I waited in the line for 5 min I should of got fresh everything with napkins. This is not the first, second or third time I came to get food for Wendy's and asked to get fresh out the grease, everytime I come the food is always cold no matter if I ask for fresh or not... I don't like to make a seen so I decided to write a review I even confronted the manager a few times that I would call corporate but I don't think their franchise has one they don't care about they customers and will just give you whatever at times to get cars to leave faster, I hate this location because they never hold customer expectations high. JUST DROP IT FRESH WHEN I ASK OR DO
