Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:15 pm not too late nor early it said it’ll take 60-70 minutes which I can wait for. Three hours later it haven’t arrived so I called customer support to get a refund which they recommended me to call the store which I did, but they didn’t pick up for 30 minutes which is around the time I stopped even calling. Never ordering food from this place ever again
I have ordered from pizza huts all over Cincinnati and every single time my pizza is messed up or it has pork in it when I specifically tell them not to. This is the only location that has consistently made very good food without messing up my order. Breadsticks, pizza, pasta, you name it and it’s all on point!!! This is my favorite location by far
Tonight my order was messed up and even with them having to deliver through door dash the manager made sure he corrected the mistake and had it redeliverd with no additional charge and gave bonus cinnamon rolls for the inconvenience..I believe he went above and beyond because he could of simply only offered a credit which wouldn’t of feed my kids TONIGHT… So for that I’m thankful and appreciate them A Lot!
