Didn't have the type of wings I ordered, let me know 30 minutes prior to my pick up time. Got there and wasn't acknowledged, hadn't even started my order when I arrived. No apology. ive had wing stop once before and it was pretty good so i decided to order it through uber. this was super disappointing. my wings were too salty, like someone dipped each wing in seasoning and my fries were cold and damn near soggy. i try not to be a karen but food so salty that it doesn’t even taste good aint it

I can't speak for the in store experience but please do not order delivery. It was an awful experience, half my items were missing and damn near had to stand in front of the drivers car to recieve my (incomplete) order. then trying to get a refund I was transferred multiple times being told the next person could help me. After and hour of that i was finally transferred to someone that could put a refund REQUEST in. The food is delicious but skip the delivery and go in store.
