Order was 1:15 minutes late. They didn’t apologize; instead they simply kept promising it was minutes away each of the three times I called. Finally, they couldn’t even confirm that my order existed while at the same time promising that it was on it’s way.

If someone orders online and selects the "contactless curbside" pickup, actually have it as a curbside pickup! Don't go here. Terrible customer service and online order was not ready and waited almost an hour from placing order to actually get order. Please use another pizza service, this one is not worth it.

Terrible! Put in an online order and arrived about 30 minutes later (10 mins after the promised ready time) only for the door to be locked. The employee said they were close because “they ran out of cheese.” At least call or email me to let me know my order’s canceled. Waste my time driving there. No apology or no incentive to come back.
