Panda Express

Every time I come to this location, it is out of the majority of items. Although friendly, the employees are lazy and seem inconvenienced that a order is being placed instead of just driving away. I can understand running out of items, but the offer to make fresh should be offered. So during this visit I asked for the items to be made. I waited 15 minutes, thinking I was going to get hot quality food....WRONG! What I received was old cold chow mein noodles with no vegetable, and crunchy over cooked orange chicken. The only item that was hot and fresh was the Angus steak, that was requested to be made. This is poor untrained employees and management. No one pays for this type of service or quality of food. I really enjoy Panda Express, but not this way.

It was better than cooking at home, but: service was a droning repetition of "I'm so tired..." paired with no welcoming or eye contact, OMG super dry chow mein noodles, and a constantly beeping of their alarm for a door that was propped open. I also would NEVER visit this location in the evening. We'll definitely be visiting another Panda Express for the foreseeable future. Parking: Be careful! Drivers here don't adhere to or pay attention to the one-way parking rows, both entering and exiting the lot. Kid-friendliness: It was ok.

Me and my wife went into the restaurant at 7pm to get dinner and the workers were already cleaning the kitchen. Now they don't close until 9pm but they were more worried about cleaning than having food on the line . They ran out of fried rice and we told them we wanted some. They said it would be 5 minutes. One of the workers yelled out can someone make some more fried rice but no one stopped what they were doing to make some more. We had to wait 10 minutes for some fried rice. Unacceptable!! Then to top it off the workers all had attitudes because we were in there to get dinner.
