Wing-It

I've never had bad food from wing-it. I'm tired of baby chicken wings and inconsistencies from most wing places. I go here because the wings are the size they should be. They haven't disappointed me yet. But I'll let you know if they do. Good wings again today. I ordered extra hot. They weren't much more hot than regular hot. I'm sad that prices went up, but that's everywhere.

I got their Lemon Pepper wings & they were the best wings I've had in quite some time. They serve real wings & not those itty bitty things that looks like they came from a baby chick. I will be back!

I have ordered wings from Wing it for a few years now and I have never experienced the service like I experienced today. I usually order my wings crispy and they cook them exactly right to order… Well this particular time, today, I ordered wings from this establishment they were cooked really hard, and had a scorched burnt taste. I contacted the facility, not to request a refund, but to notify the manager of the dissatisfaction with service. The young lady who answered the phone upon me calling back was very pleasant and she transferred me to a “manager” but the phone line disconnected. I tried to contact the restaurant 3 more times and each time the phone rung once, and then someone would pick up and then hang up. To the manager, I am aware the young lady transferred me to you BUT you did not take my call purposely. I just wanted to notify you of the problem, NOT for a refund, but just so you can be aware..
