I ordered a pizza here and gave instructions to cut my pizza into squares. I got a notification my pizza was ready, went in to pick it up and after a few minutes I was told that my pizza was cut wrong, it would be a 15 minute wait to have my order replaced. I waited the 15 minutes and went back into the store. Was then told they didn't remake my pizza after I was told to wait. I order from this store several times a week but never again after this. A shame I can't give a negative star rating... lets say -25.
Placed an online order, arrived in 20 minutes to this store and order was hot, ready on time and correct! AND Alyssa offered paper plates and napkins so no need to use dishes tonight. Great job!
Last night, 11-7-2022 I went into Pizza Hut, now I don't usually go to pizza stores because I don't eat it, a family member asked if I could stop at Pizza Hut and pick them up something. I went in and was greeted by Novharr & Alyssa. They definitely made me feel welcome, and their customer service was outstanding. Thanks, Pizza Hut !
