Wick's Pizza Parlor

We came from Frankfort mostly because they offer classic steak sandwich/hoagie. Food was top quality and everything was delicious. I'm picky about pizza sauce and crust. Getting quality and quantity for our money is important. Everything about our experience was excellent. Cara took fabulous care of us we'll will be going again and hoping she'll be there.

My wife and I have been eating here for years and tonight was the worst pizza I have ever had. I called in for a carryout order. When I went to pick it up I checked the order and the pizza looked overcooked. I asked the person at the counter if it looked a little toasty she just sniffed and laughed. I asked about having it remade she said sure it will be about 45 min. I asked why would they send something like that out she said that the pizza is to standard I explained that I have never had one look like that she said if I did not want it cooked that much I was supposed to tell them not to cook it all the way. I needed to eat something to take my meds and took it even though the crust was too hard to eat along with the burnt cheese. If this is there "standard" now it has greatly gone downhill. We were sat immediately and greeted by the most charismatic waitress I have ever met in my life! Found out later her name was Cara (I hope I didn’t spell that wrong) I wish everywhere we went had people like her! She literally made our night. We drove 3+ hours just to get pizza at wick’s. No lie. She was such a pleasant bonus. This place has the best pizza I have ever eaten, but Cara made it an extra awesome experience this time. Highly recommend! And if you can request a waitress look for Cara! She will make your night. ????
