Taco Bell

Counter was closed and the kiosk because of bad I.T. would not allow me to order what I wanted. The store manager said oh yes you can and then tried and he went oh you can't huh and then walked away and left me. Supposedly I was going to get beef added. They could not have cared less about satisfying a customer.

This is hands down the worst taco bell I've ever gone to. More times than any other restaurant in my 32 years of life they have 'issues with equipment ' to where they can't take drive thru orders or sometimes any orders at all. Half the workers there clearly hate their life and are rude as hell. Makes me wonder how much care they n really put into making your taco. The food is 8/10 times trash too. Save your money

Tried to go through the drive thru, but they said that the computer was down. So we walked in and made our order on the self serve register. There were 3 different employees there. One walked in but proceeded to leave since she couldn't clock in. The only person who actually helped me was a young guy who was doing all the work by himself. He was obviously passed off. Especially since the other guy that was "working" there just stood around on his phone doing nothing but scratching lottery tickets.. It took 15 minutes for my small order to be ready.
