Placed an order on doordash for employees lunch and scheduled the pick up for 4 hours later , get there and still had to wait 30 minutes . By the time I get back , their lunch break time will be over . So much for scheduling . To make matters worse . The young lady at the window was not personable at all . Ridiculous
Used the drive up this time. The girl taking my order must have needed new batteries for her headset. When she repeated my order back to me, she said cheese cake instead of cheese sticks in which I corrected her. Then there was static and I couldn't hear the rest of what she said. I pulled forward and she didn't have the chocolate shake because she never heard it when I first placed the order. However, she told me she would get it but had not charged me for it. I paid the additional amount and she apologized for the inconvenience. All turned out okay.
I mean it's White Castle. You don't come here expecting fine dining. Place is cleaner than most. Food is as good as white castles gets. Prices are outrageous for the portions, but every now and then the castle hits the spot. Vegetarian options: Beyond slider option Kid-friendliness: Kids love burgers. Especially kid sized.
