Who owns and hires for the romeoville Popeyes on 1245 W. Normantown(near weber road)? Every time I go there I only see a bunch of kids working who don't know the meaning of customer service and don't seem to care. They are talking loud and using profanity as if the store is empty even though I'm standing with my young daughter. Doesn't ever seem to be an adult/manager on their night shift. I visited this location yesterday and to no surprise there is a situation going on with like 6 Hispanic guys threatening this older African American couple who looked to be in their 60's. The workers were just standing there and not saying or doing anything to calm down the situation. I believe the older man called 911 because I left and as I was getting into my car I saw the police pulling up. I hope nothing happened to that couple. I will never go to this place again.
This is for the newer Popeyes on Weber. I bought this food around 845 pm today. This food isn't fit for a wild animal. Clearly old and cooked again. Ibadvise the staff to at some point please think about quality. Just close early if you are unable to give edible food. I just threw it in the garbage.
This is the SLOWEST serving Popeyes I've ever been too. No matter what the time of day. I've gotten wrong orders multiple times. The food is good, just the service. I drive out my way to go to another location because the service here is horrible
