Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I can't say enough good about the service and the food. Food was great however the service was fantastic. The hostess was very friendly and nice. The waitress didn't miss a beat and made sure we where well taken care of. The lady that checked us out was very pleasant and quick. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Never get house salad as it is 2 dollars more. Not happy ???? then get food and hardly anything small amount. Most of shrimp were hard pieces and not able to eat Happy place cafe in shorewood is much better.

Not happy at all, I love their fried chicken it was great, sides not so much, ordered apples did not get them, mashed potatoes were cold and hard. Ordered pancakes and did not receive any syrup had to head out to Walmart to get some because I did not have any at home. I placed my order at home from computer and paid on line, I am a senior citizen with disabilities so I wanted curb pick up, got there early and tried to call in, nobody picked up the phone, after time order was to be ready tried to call again, I go inside and stand in line. They tell me phone lines are down, but funny while I was there phone rang and girl at counter answered it. I realize everyone is short staffed right now, but I was a server for years and would bend over backwards to see that my customers were happy. Unfortunately it will be a while before I return!
