We waited 30 mins for our small and simple order. They totally messed up our order. We know that things happen, and both me and my husband have worked at White Castle before. We told them the mistake, and the kid got all frustrated and we could hear him complaining to the manager. The manager said "Just let's get them out of here!" we ended up just asking for our money back. We totally could hear them complaining that we asked for them to fix it and we were not rude at all. This is not how you treat your customers even the manager was so RUDE to use for no reason! And also it should not take that long to make our food. We have worked in food service. Completely disappointed in this place. Every time we come here, it's been a terrible experience. A customer should never hear a manager and an associate talking bad about a customer when YOU made the mistake. We will never come back here, and you lost good customers
The girls in drive thru today around 10:30 am. Was so polite and very nice when taking care of my order. I didn’t receive the buffalo chicken rings like I wanted and the buns in my cheeseburgers were super hard so I couldn’t eat them, but the girls pleasant attitudes and great customer service made up for it. They should be recognized.
Did an online order for a 30 pack. When I arrived, the place was very busy, with only 3 people working. Saw them make my burgers and other stuff. They were so organized. Staff was efficient and polite. Burgers were great and hot! Parking: Lots of space.
