Red Lobster

The overall environment is cozy & inviting. Our server was friendly & attentive. The margaritas were a little on the sweeter side, but refreshing. The Lobster Linguini was honestly the best I've ever had! They included a lot of lobster in the pasta too which was great! The lobster tasted fresh. We dined at this location on a Friday night & it wasn't busy at all. We only had to wait for 5min before we were seated. The only criticism that I have is that the cleanliness of our seating area could've been better. When we first sat down at our table, it wasn't cleaned yet from the previous diners & the table was all wet & sticky. Overall though, it was a very pleasant experience and we'll be back!

The food was great and our server Nyzjah was polite and friendly. She provided excellent customer service by answering all my questions and was very attentive to our needs. The salmon and lobster was grilled to perfection and flavor was good. The stuffed mushrooms were a bit bready and less seafood stuffed but other that the rest of the meal was great.

Worst experience I’ve had at Red Lobster. Cold coffee, cold crab legs, cold mozzarella sticks, cold burger. Got our biscuits but had to wait 20 minutes to get our drinks. Constantly had to tell our server about items missing. Cob webs in the corners. Don’t even think about a refill you won’t get one. Oh and the creamer in a coffee mug was definitely nothing I’ve seen before.
