My husband and I have been traveling from California to North Carolina. We stopped into Whiskey Cake after shopping at Penn Square. What a FABULOUS surprise. Our server was great in explaining the concept and preparation of the cocktails and dishes. I was so excited to see vegetables on the menu (not too common on road trips). I was not disappointed. I truly enjoyed myself and highly recommend.
Yum!! We weren't super hungry, so we enjoyed cocktails and appetizers (and desert) the spicy margarita was AMAZING, and the wings were packed full of flavor! Can't forget the whiskey cake- which was big enough for 4 or 5 people to split and delicious!! … More
Saturday morning wonderful service. The hosts opened the door for you and whisked you off to your seat. A glass of water and a Jessica Wabbit (best veggie drink ever) was promptly brought to the table. There was a broad range of food to choose from. Our burgers were huge and we could only eat half. Whiskey cake was a must have and the cream on the side was the best part of the Whiskey cake. It gave it that something extra. Don't leave without the Whiskey cake, even if you need to get it to go. Vegetarian options: Menu states options Parking: Plenty of parking as it is beside Penn Square Mall Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the parking near the door is for accessibility.
