Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Update: I spoke with the store manager and she apologized for the mishaps. We spoke in detail and she provided correction for my inconvenience of time . ******************************************* We ordered two entrées for pickup was informed it be 20 min...When I arrived the in-store order receiver couldn't verify my order. After 3 attempt's the store manager came out to my car. I showed order # location etc at his store. He apologized and said my order world be ready in 10 min. After 20 more min my order arrived. When I got home my breadsticks fell out on floor, because someone presented them in a pouch both ends open smh. This is the worst pickup ever.

I have to give a 2 star review because we did a pick up order and my shrimp scampi had about 2 oz of pasta. For $18 it is completely ridiculous to get a child's portion. The picture shows that half the dish you can see the bottom of the dish through my food. The shrimp tasted like it had some sauce on it but the pasta tasted plain. My daughter got the lasagna classico and was satisfied with the dish and portion size. We never eat at Olive Garden but have always heard about their good portion sizes, so I was very disappointed and probably won't go back. **Olive Garden did refund my money for this meal after my review. Unfortunately, this was not a local Olive Garden so I couldn't go back to give them a second chance.

Good and reliable dinner. Soup, salad, and breadsticks were great with our meal. Our waiter was attentive and kept our drinks refreshed. Grandson almost filled up on the soup itself, it was so good! The sweet gentleman brought home his spaghetti for his mother. Good, reliable food and drink.
