Chili's Grill & Bar

Had no wait and we were immediately seated. I got a Queso Burger which was good. We had 2 cups that weren't fully cleaned I guess bc stuff was stuck on it. Wanted a Shirley Temple but said they no longer made them. Guess they don't use Grenadine outside of alcoholic drinks? Never had a Chili's tell me that. Mix up with our receipt and gave us a different tables receipt. Military discount only goes towards the one meal and not whole total. Waiter wasn't mean or bad, but vibe was kinda like meh.

Sean… I don’t know who hired Sean but it’s the best thing they did for this location. Not only is he a server but he is their host too! Sean, I don’t know if you’ll read this. But I really hope you don. my husband and I have frequented this chilis many times over our 6 year marriage but I couldn’t tell you about any time in particular and YOU made this one memorable. Tonight. Before I could even think of what waNted next, there you were bringing it to me. You made sure sure we wete taken care of on drinks and that our son had a refill before I saw he needed one. You weren’t overbearing, you edge subtle yet so subtle in the way you made your way through your other 5 tables you had WHILE serving us. YOU ARE A FANTASTIC server and your customer service skills are HARD to come by! I hope you are rewarded aa you should be for such amazing work ethic. They were very short handed on staff, but for the amount of staff on hand the service was good. This was my first time at this location, but Chili's is a go to for me. You get good food for a reasonable price. The only thing that was disappointing was the recent menu change. I normally would get the 3 for me meal with the Margarita Grilled Chicken, but this item has been removed from the 3 for me menu.
