11/2/22 12:00am. I got another person's order. Disappointing sense this location has been good sense an entire year. Either management or workers need to pay attention. Honestly won't be back. Been eating whataburger sense Texas and this is the best OKC has got to offer. Shame. I'll move on. Good luck, considering business is always to packed with this location. Makes me think the man power can't handle it because the owner and managers are lazy. Sad to say considering fast food employees are now at $15 an hour. M.O
I honestly try and give a place the benefit of the doubt, but sometimes, a place is going to be what it is. The breakfast hours each night start at 11PM, so the drive thru is going to be jam packed, no issues there....but you would expect the food to be fresh if you're waiting that long. More often than not, the food has been sitting there so long, they're just throwing things together when you order to get the lines down to a manageable pace, so until they have to cook it fresh, you're getting the old stuff. And if you bring it back in to let them know it's not fresh, it's almost as if you did something wrong when you've paid good money for a bad product. Some of the workers are friendly, so that's a plus, so be warned if you come here..... I would've taken pictures of my food, but judging from the post, you can see why I didn't. Who wants to see old food?
Food great service good. Dining room clean... country music in lobby at a good volume.... loud rap music from kitchen with profanities and loud enough to hear over the lobby music makes atmosphere feel hostile.. will not eat in again.
