Whataburger

I'm always having to check my bags when leaving here, they consistently miss items, attitudes in the drive thru are garbage, but the older lady in the front of house is very nice. Also, had ordered for pickup today, getting there a little early I expected to wait for my order but after 15 minutes after the scheduled time for pickup and no one came I decided to go on and check, old lady had explained that they don't even have a person to check carryout orders and that I need to just come in if I do it again. Really wish this location would turn around and do better.

Took 20 minutes to get a #1 cheeseburger and a pattymelt combo with onion rings to go. Dr. Pepper was out, not offered condiments, and I'm adding a picture of the onion rings.

I love Whataburger but this is the worst. They always mess up my order. I've had to circle back so many times. Today I ordered curbside and waited over 25 minutes before I had to go inside and my food was behind the counter already made and now it's mushy. Also I noticed it printed out as take out. I don't understand why they have a curbside option if this is not the case. I feel like they need to hire more people because they do get a lot of business and I feel like that's why they screw up so much because they are overwhelmed. But always triple check your order at this location. Unfortunately for me I have moved recently so this one is the closest one.
