QDOBA Mexican Eats

Only giving 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review..but I ordered a chicken bowl through door dash on my lunch and it was wrong!! Like completely wrong and I only have 30 mins for my lunch hints the reason I ordered through door dash. Well nonetheless I called the store and spoke with someone who I was told was the manager and was told they were putting my name in the book and I could come at any time to get my ordered replaced. My co worker went there today so I said pick up replacement order for me and told him they put my name in the book. Nevertheless I was told by a Franky that it had been too long to replace my order which I was never told in my original phone call and then I was questioned whether it was a male or female and was it night shift, sir idk if they are night shift or not I just know yall messed up my food and it should be fixed. I don't care if it's been a week or 4. If my name was in the book like I was lied to and told it was, it shouldn't just disappe

Want to start by saying, no complaints about taste of food, it’s been great. Only thing I nitpick about this specific location is I go to Qdoba‘s all around OKC and Moore, and have been to this one numerous times and every time I get a bowl they barely give you any rice. It only seems to be that way at this location. I know this may seem like such a small thing but it is very odd to me why it only occurs here. Other than that like I said everything else has been great.
