I tried to order beef patties only. For the low carb meal. The manager told me I had to order a bowl. And I had to pay for the patties and the bowl. So I could get the patties. This was $5 more to order it like this. I decided not to eat at 5 guys that day or any other day.
This is easily my favorite 5 Guys to go to. The customer service is nothing short of stellar. I've never run into an employee here that didn't treat me like the President of the United States (the other ones, not the current one). This isn't a cheap burger joint, but its not supposed to be. Its more of a high-end burger done fast. Oh, and the peanuts are free. If you haven't given them a try, do it. You won't regret it.
