Guaranteed 15 minutes in a short drive through line for the past 4 years. Inside is always dirty and understaffed, even before covid. Last time I went inside I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be ready and I was the first in line. A disabled veteran came in and was waiting for service but no worker came back to man the front register for over 10 minutes! So people started leaving. I would have also but I already placed my order. Go to any other Whataburger, bot the Alliance town center one. Consistently horrible.
Whataburger is one of our go to fast food meals. Definitely the best fries! This location is a little hard to get to but is clean and efficient. Please be respectful and kind during peak times and when they are short staffed.
To the boy who worked register Sunday June 12 around 2:20 am. You are amazing. I was definitely not fully sober and instead of being a judgmental a hole like most people can be. YOU we’re amazing. He was funny and even tossed me my food from the door to me in the passenger seat. MADE MY NIGHT!!! I appreciate you and you deserve the world! Made the wait 100% worth it!!
