This was our first visit at this location. The inside needs to be cleaned. Two of our soft tacos only had cheese and nothing else. They left out chips and only gave only the cheese cup. 2 weeks later- 2nd visit. They put onions on the burritos when we put no onions, ice was out, only had Diablo and Mild Salsa, drinks were flat. I couldn't finish the Mexican pizza. It wasnt good. Down to 2 stars.
My wife brought the family dinner from this location today around 4:30pm. Its a new store, well she ordered the taco and burritos pack and a 12 pack half reg half soft, well all the hard shells taste old. 12 hard tacos no one will eat. Very disappointing since it's a new store.
They forgot the main item in my order. They looked in the bag several times to make sure it was all in there.. we get home... missing my gordita. Reading the reviews.. I see that it's a common occurrence in this place. Ugh. So frustrating.
