Whataburger

Just wanted to share my compliments of Teresa who typically works the day shift on weekdays, at least when I see her. I work nearby and swing in to pick up a quick lunch fairly regularly. She’s always very pleasant, reconfirms everything and ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS wipes down my drink. Sure, this is a small thing but it never goes unnoticed (or without a verbal thanks to her). Not doing so is the more common practice and a pet peeve of mine for sure. The little things matter and Teresa represents your restaurant very well!

Been messing up my order lately and been slow af. Ordered fries and waited for these cold sticks they called potatoes for way too long, being that they was done before I arrived. Edit. They have been doing better lately with my order temp and time. Order was also correct last couple times. That has been an issue that has plagued multiple establishments, order accuracy.

Absolutely horrible service at breakfast. Main lane was full so I used outside lane. Despite main lane being full, they were still taking orders faster than the outside lane. Then after cars in front of me left, no one came to take payment. Finally had to leave. If you’ve not going to service the outside lane, close it.
