Pleasantly surprised! Very clean and the staff was very friendly too. Had the #55 chicken enchiladas and they had a lot of chicken inside! Also tried the taco plate - they are not like Mexican street tacos. These are Tex-Mex and use flour tortillas. You do pay for chips but there is a salsa bar with endless salsa. They have lots of different sauces like tomatillo and ancho chili and different tomato salsas as well. The salsa bar includes large hole jalapeños, sliced pickled jalapeños, cilantro, and onions. I would not recommend the margaritas here. Tried the strawberry margarita and it tasted like Kool-Aid to me. It didn’t taste like there was any alcohol in it – but what do you expect from a margarita that cost 4.99? I hear Taco Tuesdays are a good night to come for a cheap meal. The rice was really tasty and the refried beans were perfectly salted! Will be back!

Fajita nachos were really good and the tortillas were excellent. First time here and I don't see myself craving it, but if you want fast food "tex mex" it's not too bad.

When you came from out of town, Rosa’s Cafe & Tortilla Factory is a good Tex-Mex Restaurant! Food is great especially when a person is not a vegetable eater, this will make you finished to the last piece of vegetable. Atmosphere is so cool!
