We drove through Saturday and ordered 2 Whataburgers and an order of fries. The girl gave us the total and told us to pull up to second window to pay. There was 3 cars in front of us. When we got to window, the girl read off our order and we paid for food. She told us twice they were cooking our order. They started directing cars around us and bringing out their orders. After about 30 mins, they asked us to pull up front. After another 10 minutes, the girl came out and said they were cooking our food. We told them if they can’t get it straight, just give our money back. Shortly after, the rude manager brought our money to us; she never apologized or acknowledged their mistake. Very, very inconsiderate
The most adorable worker took me and my boyfriends order and was so sweet, it was late and she was still so nice and offered us the new limited edition hot sauce and asked us how we were doing. Love her 10/10. I hope she gets a raise
