Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We had gone into Popeyes last night not to long before closing and I had told the employee/cashier that two nights ago we had ordered an 8 piece family meal and did not get, but 6 pieces of chicken, not to mention a hair was found in our mashed potatoes and gravy. So this young male cashier had gone and gotten his so-called manager, and she was very, very rude. She preceeded to tell me basically that me talking to corporate has nothing to do with that location. She then basically walked away and was what i assumed our getting what We waited a bit and I asked the cashier is she was getting what I assumed our order ready, only to find out that she wasnt at all. I even asked the young gentlman and he told me that she wasn't. I could not believe it. I asked the cashier what her name was and he told me that I would have to ask her myself. She called her to the counter again and I asked her what her name was and she asked me "why did I need to know her name?" I could not BELIEVE the rudenes

Incompetent staff. They don't have the capability of cancelling orders whenever they're out of stock on items. Everyone looks at each other as if it's their first time in a kitchen. Learn to take inventory of your items. And learn to manage a kitchen. It's fried chicken for crying out loud. Managers don't know the difference between good customer service... somehow they always manage to get fried chicken wrong. A kitchen with 10 people and none of them with any sense.

Just now went and the “manager” really made a big deal about some sauces! lol as if she pays for them out of pocket yet we ordered 3 orders and 6 total sauces for all the meals was too much according to her unprofessional self. My husband asked to be charged for all 6 sauces and even let the guy at the register keep the change for a $20. I swear people take their job way too serious sometimes.
