So my $10 salad is full of the ribs of the lettuce. Has this become the norm???? Who wants to eat hard lettuce? They also forgot part of my order. This location is no bueno. The kingwood location is very dependable.
Went here for one meal with a shake and a kids meal, was asked to pull forward with no explanation, which is fine. At the approximately 15 minutes, I walk back to the window and asked them what was going on. What am I waiting for. I was told a shake. I say I don't need to shake. I just want the food, you can cancel that. I sit and wait another five to seven minutes, thinking I was going to get food, just to be told they canceled the whole order.
This Chick fil a has been going down for a while. Not just the poor attitude and rude service lately, but my hashbrowns took a hit too? Literally inedible. Half raw half over cooked, looking like someone crushed them ????
