Terrible customer service manager at this location had an attitude when asking a question about their kiosk as it would not scam my Wendy’s app coupon. She completely blew my husband off and responded with an attitude. Horrible service! I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.
This location is good for breakfast. But should be avoided in the evening. Was asked to pull up to wait for my food. After 15 min waiting had to walk inside. Order was on the counter forgotten. Had to wait for it to be remade. Simply offered a half hearted apology. Was definitely a mistake to.come here. Not the first time for poor evening service.
The registers were down almost the entire time and an employee who was really not wanting to work at all here and had a bad attitude tried to help me with the screen but it kept locking up. Then she got locked out of the register. After 10 minutes they were able to take my order. They forgot my frosty and then I had to go back and get it. Definitely the worst Wendy's I have been to in a long time.
